Bell Bottom: Safe Bait Akshay Kumar Movie

Well, We keep seeing Akshay Kumar in the National Hero image, this might sound like another iteration. Talking about the movie, Akshaya Kumar has managed to pull this one off again. While Bollywood currently has nothing to offer, Akshay has been really lucky or one could say safe bait, in terms of the film release.

Backed by the amazing real story, It has some fictional components to keep it exciting. The film begins on a high note in the first half, making its mark with subtle actions and stunts, and continues to build momentum with thrill elements until the climax.

All the characters played their part well apart from Huma & Vani, they don’t have enough space to breathe. This often happens when there’s Akshaya Kumar on the screen; he does a variation of roles be it comedy, action, drama or romance. He suits pretty well so it’s obvious other characters feel dominated by his presence. Having said that, Lara’s excellent prosthetic work and her portrayal of Indira Gandhi made an impact. Her demeanor is relaxed, and her sharp gestures leave a lasting impression.

Overall, it’s a well-made film with excellent performances, noteworthy cinematography, and, of course, the ‘Bell Bottom’ era of the 1980s.To add, I am completely unaware of Vani Kapoor with the dyed hairstyle. Did girls in the 1980s let their hair hang loose instead of tucking it back? Guess it’s a Bollywood movie, we have to digest it to maintain the glitz.
