No Time To Die- Farewell to Daniel Craig
Well, this is the 25th Bond film, I don’t mind if it isn’t Daniel Craig’s farewell. Cary Joji Fukunaga’s approach is excellent in this bond movie. Leaving aside the background score, the film is well-crafted and smart in terms of character and action placement.
Bond-themed light & shadow is amazing. The classic bond dialogue “ bond” “ James bond” is still there. The scene was fantastic. The range rover car chase sequence is probably the best from the movie in terms of visuals, edits & sound. The surprising thing about this Bond movie is the Bond song “ Billie Eilish — No Time To Die”. It’s amusing to me. “Sam Smith — Writing’s On The Wall” was a nice song from spectre.
Overall, this bond is broken, wounded & cold. If you recall earlier bond series, the bond character was heavy & brutal but this one is shredded, a great end to Daniel Craig’s tenure as bond. Keep your eyes peeled for the four words that every Bond fan hopes to see: “James Bond Will Return,” which appears during and after the closing credits. Yes, there will be another Bond picture shortly, with a new star joining the cast. Long live Bond
